In-Store Purchase Policy
Because all items may be tried on and inspected at the time of purchase, we offer store credit only for eligible returns made within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
All discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Woodlands offers complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $250.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email hello@shopwoodlands.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns sent without prior approval or outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
