Katie Meili Messersmith Salad Plate

Handcrafted in Asheville, NC. Thrown on a potter's wheel.
Dots serve two purposes. The first is surface decoration and the second is that they add traction so that when you grab ahold of this plate, you have a good grip. Dots are each added precisely by hand using slip in a bulb syringe.
Glazed with my signature microcrystalline Firefly glaze. This particular light green variation is made with a touch of copper carbonate.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
